makes 1 cup
Sauces & Preserves
1/2 cup Thai sweet chilli sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 lemon, or lime, finely grated zest of
2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
2 lime leaves, finely shredded (optional)
Place all ingredients in a small jar and shake to combine.
Good with Vietnamese Roast Chicken Noodle Salad and other Asian salads.
